My name is Alicia Kaye and I first found this home about two years ago and we were very excited, we loved the home, fell in love with it and decided to pursue it and being part of the service military, my husband and I both wanted to use our VA Benefits. When I first heard from Greg from Reliance First Capital, he told me the history of the company and their credentials and everything else and he gave me all these websites to look up the company on and the Better Business Bureau ratings and everything else and he said I am also going to send you an email that includes all of these links that I'm talking about so you don't have to write anything down, you don't have to worry about remembering anything, everything will be in my email and sure enough I got the email while I was talking on the phone with him, so I told him OK well I am going to look up everything you sent me and I did. I went through every link and looked at the everything, and everything added up exactly the way he told me. I admittedly am kind of a high strung person, I like things to be done very quickly, I don't know if it's because of being in the military, I kind of expect things to be done efficiently and quickly rather than dragging feet or asking for things over and over again and he caught that immediately. He immediately just, every time I had a question about something, he was already on top of it, he already knew the answer and if he didn't know the answer he said "I'm going to call you back in five minutes, give me five minutes, I'll have the answer," and that to me is priceless.
