Hi! This is Mark from iloveweightloss.co.uk. Today, I'm going to tell you how you can
look and be like a sumo wrestler! So, sumo wrestlers, their main aim in life is to become
as heavy and as big as possible. Now, that's probably not what most of us want, but sumo
wrestlers, they spend their whole time trying to put on as much body fat and as much weight
as possible.And to do this, what they do is they have one very, very, very large meal
a day. Okay? That's one huge meal a day and they don't eat for the rest of it. So,
if you want to put on a lot of weight, I suggest you have one big meal a day. And then what
they do is they sleep for the rest of it because obviously, when they come down from that huge
meal, it means that they do nothing but sleeping.So, if you haven't realized from all these tips,
we want you to really do the opposite of these suggestions. Don't have one meal a day.
You want to have at least three with a couple of snacks, and you will find yourself -- because
often, you can eat the same quantity of food in the day, but you split it up and you will
lose fat and lose weight. So, if you want to be a sumo wrestler, stick to one meal a
day. But, if you want to look good, be healthy and be lean and look good in dresses and in
