We had some questions on how to share photos, links,
video to the posts that you post to the Community
so, I'm going to do a brief demo for you.
Let's say whatever the Discovery Exercises
ask you to post a photo.
The way to do this, you would type your posts and then after the post
click the icon for photos. This would allow you to
upload a photo from your computer or if you had photos in your Google+ account you
could upload to
Google+. Now let's say you found that photos on
Flicker, and I happen to have found this particular photo on the Flickr site.
What I would do is share this as a link, or click the link
feature and I would go
up to the tab that already have open. I will highlight the
URL. I would hit CTRL-C
to copy. I would go back to my Google+ Community
and I would hit CTRL-V to paste.
and I would paste the photo in.
Now you might have a video that you liked. I click the video icon
and you can see it opens up the
window, so it's already connected to YouTube. Now I have my Gmail account connected
so my video happened to be in my YouTube videos,
I could just select the YouTube video and post
whatever video I want. if I wanted to record a video,
I could press the record video feature and I could set this up to
record from here. I can also upload a video that is on my computer by dragging
video dropping it into this area.
If it's a YouTube video that I wanna find, I could search for it.
if I happen to know the URL
I could click to enter the URL,
and if I do that I already have it up here in this tab.
So this is the video that I would like to share
so you go down share tab and shared
that. I would highlight. and you can see that
this is different than the link top of the page
So, this would be the better of the two to use.
So I highlight and hit CTRL- C. Then I go back to Google+
and I hit CTRL-V to paste and then I hit add video.
