Hi. I'm Kara on behalf of Expert Village and today we're going to be making a vegetable
curry. Today the ingredients that we'll be using for our vegetable curry are 2 cups of
mixed vegetables, broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots. I'm using frozen but you can use
fresh if you prefer. I have 14 1/2 oz can of diced tomatoes, 2 tablespoons of curry,
1 teaspoon of cumin, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons
of soy sauce (light soy sauce) 2 cloves of garlic and 1 onion.
