Advanced Searching

If you want more control over your search results, you can use Advanced Search Click on the words Advanced Search located under the search box For this demonstration I'm goint to type in the keyword " vegetarian" then I will remove the extra row on the screen I'm going to choose the "or" button to expand my search to include another keyword In this case the word "vegan" I'm also going to limit my results by format It's after library hours, so I only want to see e-books. Finally, I only want newer books, so I'm going to enter 2009 in the starting date field. I'll leave the end date field blank Then i click on Search Now I have a list of four vegetarian or vegan books To get more information I click on the words Connect to this eBook title and I'm taken to the digital catalog where I can find out more information about the availability of the e-book add it to my cart or place hold on it.
