Hello my friends and welcome to another Tuesday of tutorial!
I am Leonardo Pereznieto and I´m very glad to see you again.
Let´s draw a beautiful jewellery heart Swarovski type.
Start by sketching the shape with pencil.
I am doing it free hand.
I like the left side so far, let´s get the right side corrected.
A little bit lower, and let´s see... a little bit smaller.
By the way, click on the Facebook logo or the link bellow to follow me,
and see my paintings and sculptures.
Ok, good!
Now let´s draw the cuts... and a little diamond here.
Excellent!
There will have many different shapes which will reflect the lights
in different ways.
This is going to be really fun to color.
With a blue marker let´s fill some of the shapes.
I actually learned this tecnique from my friend Marcello Barenghi
if you want to watch his amazing videos, click on his logo.
I will place his link also in the information of this video
as well as the list of materials I used.
As you can see I am using different tones of blue and
I am drawing on blue paper.
The shape of the heart is not perfect still but with
all the colors by the end of the video nobody will
notice! I hope (laughs).
I also use some dark gray as well as violet and purple.
This is really fun, I love to do it!
With color pencils we can achieve other tones and gradations.
With white pencil let’s lighten left and right
for a lighter reflection.
Good! and now let´s darken the near by areas
for contrast.
I´ll do the diamond with black pencil
and white pastel pencil and darken the area
around it to make it stand out.
From a distance I think it looks very good!
And we sketch the upper part.
Including the chain, I mean you could have sketched everything
at the beginning. It doesn´t matter.
It will be of a bright silver finish so the darks are going to be very black
and the brights very white.
I am using the white pastel for this.
I love to see how it comes to life.
Very good! now the shadow.
First with pencil... and I blur it with a stump.
With an eraser and then with white you can make
some lights!
Which also should have a little color.
I´ll give it some final reflections and it´s ready!
If you enjoyed it please give it a LIKE, share it to your friends
