Next we'll be moving from our upward facing dog, back into downward facing dog, beginning
to balance out the other side of the body. Let's start in our upward facing dog. From here we're going to roll our toes underneath,
with practice you'll actually be able to just roll yourselves into downward facing dog but
that takes some practice, so we can actually step the toes, one at a time, reaching up
and back, with the hips, to find downward facing dog. This is a fun one to practice.
Corporate some movement into the toes, strengthen the feet, put some flexibility into the ankle,
as well.
